As a result of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan being adopted, this site has now been removed from the green belt. The site is well-served by existing facilities within Leighton Buzzard and will in due course also have easy access to new facilities as part of the wider urban extension. Logic will collaboratively work on securing a planning consent for the site for a residential scheme of circa 45 new family homes with Thrive Homes.
